Applicant Alert
The Commission regrets to inform you that only "Walk-In" opportunities are available for the Entry-Level Police Officer Written Test scheduled in January and February, 2009.

Due to the current budget situation facing the City & County of Denver, test dates beyond January and February 2009 may be cancelled.  In the event that a registered applicant does not show up for testing, the Commission can fill the open slot with applicants who "walk-in" to test.  Therefore, since all test slots are filled for January and February 2009, the Commission suggests you consider registering as a "Walk-In Applicant" for January or February.

The Commission is located on the 7th floor of the Wellington E. Webb office building located at 201 W. Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO 80202.  The building is open to the general public at 7:00 a.m.  On test days, providing test slots are available "Walk-In Applicants" will be asked to sign-in with the test proctor and will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The application period of Police Officer is now closed. Please check back in August of 2009 for details of the next application period.
