Volunteers Needed for National Trails Day at Weir Gulch: Saturday, June 3, 2006
(Denver) Denver Parks and Recreation is currently recruiting over 150 youth and adult volunteers spruce-up Weir Gulch for National Trails Day.
When: Saturday, June 3, 2006; 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Location: Weir Gulch Trail; registration located just south of W. 1 st Avenue and on Osceola Street .
What: Volunteers will assist with graffiti removal, playground paints and tree-mulching.
Who: Youth, adults, seniors; families and groups are welcome.
