Kim Carroll - Training Manager

I started my career with Denver in 1996 as a 911 Agent.  I quickly became involved in the center’s training department helping with new hires and continued education.  I promoted to Lead Agent in 2000 and to my current position as the Training Manager in January of 2007.

Donna Trujillo - Staff Assistant
I joined Denver 911 in May 2007 as Staff Assistant with part of my duties being the Payroll Administrator.  My background includes 17 years of Payroll, Administrative training, Office Manager, and Health Benefits Administrator.  Along with my experience in office administration I have a Masters Degree in Business Administration.  I am also an active board member for Denver Center for Crime Victims.  I have enjoyed learning the Operations of the Communications Center as well as taking on other tasks such as the Intranet Administrator for the Center.
Leslie Chatham - Workforce Management Analyst
I joined Denver 911 in June 2010 as the Workforce Management Analyst. I previously worked for 5 ½ years in the private sector doing scheduling, forecasting and intraday management for Sprint/Nextel.  I have a degree in Human Services and put it to good use while working at Denver Human Services with TANF  clients. I really enjoy my work at Denver 911 and the new and interesting challenges it presents.
