FIRST AVE. HOTEL
101-115 Broadway,
(South Denver, N. of Alameda Ave.)

One of the largest buildings in South Denver, this neoclassically inspired four-story commercial edifice was built by the Flemming Brothers in 1906. Architect William Quayle designed generous glass storefronts below hotel units. Restored in the 1980s as a cornerstone in Broadway’s revitalization.
