2944-58 Zuni St., (Stoneman’s Row)

Commercial building designed in 1889 by the Baerresen Brothers for liquor merchant Louis Weiner, who named the building for his son, Romeo. Corner oriel and second-story bay windows lend drama to this elegant building. Restored as apartment and retail complex by David Fox and Larry Arbuthnot in 1995.
