Qualified Parking Program
Qualified Parking allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for the expense they pay to park while at work, saving them the taxes they would normally pay on that monthly amount!
Enrollment is easy!
Simply complete the enrollment form found on our web site at any time during the year. Once the enrollment form is received and processed in our department and the first monthly deduction comes out of your check, you may submit for reimbursement. You may change your pledge amount at any time. You do not have to re-enroll each year as enrollment will roll over into the next calendar year unless you elect to terminate coverage. Payment will be received at your home address by the 15th of the month.
Please note the money in your account will be refunded if you do not claim it, but you will be required to pay taxes on it. A termination form may also be found on our web site if you decide not to continue the program.
