Function: The board is responsible for reviewing appeals of administrative decisions made by the Building Department regarding the Building Code provisions.
Qualifications: There shall be eight members: one professional engineer registered in the state of Colorado, one architect licensed in the state of Colorado, one holder of a city building contractor’s license with a Class A, B or C (general contractor), two citizens not associated with the building industry and three alternates: one shall be a professional engineer registered in Colorado, and one architect licensed in Colorado.
Meets: Monthly - 4th Thursday (Nov., Dec. 3rd Thursday) at 201 W. Colfax, Conference Room 2.L.1
