Function: The authority is responsible for creating policies that provide the necessary and incidental ownership, management, maintenance, and economic redevelopment services and improvements within the Lowry area.
Qualifications: No employee of the authority shall be eligible to be a member of the board.
Meets: Monthly on the fourth Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. (executive session), followed by Public Session at 8:15 a.m. at the Lowry Redevelopment Office, 555 Uinta Way.
