Qualifications: 2 members from registered neighborhood organizations, 1 memebr with financial knowledge and/ or background, 1 member from the liquor and restaurant industry, 1 member from the property mgmt. industry/ landlord. 3 members private property owners and 1 member from the hotel/ motel industry.
