January 19, 2006 Update
As of January 19th the Suggestion Screening Documents include:
1) a master suggestion list of all of the suggestions for mobility improvements that have not been screened out,
2) a disposition list which documents all the suggestions that have been screened out and explains why; and,
3) a letter from CDOT which directs the project to screen out the suggestions that involve tunneling through contaminated groundwater.

December 14, 2005 Update
Toward the goal of developing a range of alternatives that may address our stated purpose and need, the project team had collected 121 suggestions as of December 14, 2005 that could become part of a proposed alternative. Of those 121 suggestions, 21 had been screened out in level 1 screening and 17 more were proposed to be screened out with level 2 screening. This left 83 suggestions to be carried forward into the alternatives development process. In these 3 documents below you will find:
- A level 1 matrix that describes the first 95 suggestions for mobility improvements, whether they were screened out, and if so, on what basis.
- A level 2 screening matrix which separates the suggestions into categories based on the type of problem the suggestion is intended to address and then screens out those that are not as successful at addressing that problem.
- Illustrations of the original 95 suggestions.
