There are several types of contractor licenses issued by the City and County of Denver: cement, sidewalk, excavator, general, paving, sewer, sewer-layer, special, and structural.

Sewer and sewer-layer contractor licenses are issued through the Wastewater Management Division of the Public Works Department, at 303-446-3400. Please contact either of these departments for more information.
