It is unlawful for any person to manufacture ice for sale, distribute, or sell without having a license. A business with a retail food license is not required to obtain this license in addition.

Application fee for a plant including one sales outlet, equipment capable of maximum production of not more than 10,000 pounds of ice in a 24 hour period: $75; License fee for this type of plant: $50
