Wolff Street Bridge/Lakewood Gulch Channel Improvements

Project Summary:

The Wolff Street Bridge and Lakewood Gulch Channel Improvements project will include the replacement of the existing culvert under Wolff Street with a 60-ft span bridge, channel improvements to increase the flow carrying capacity of the channel and extension of the existing Lakewood Gulch recreational trail from Tennyson Street to Wolff Street.
 

Project Area:

The Project is located along Lakewood Gulch from Wolff Street to Tennyson Street. This area is located north of 6th Avenue and east of Sheridan Boulevard.  See Vicinity Map and Site Map.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Project Goals:

The goals of the Wolff Street Bridge and Lakewood Gulch Channel Improvements project are to reduce the extents of the 100-year floodplain, extend the existing Lakewood Gulch multi-use recreational trail, and improve public safety.
