The Growth Opportunities and Leadership for Supervisors (GOALS) program is a one-year, competency-based training program that provides current supervisors applicable skills and techniques to better manage the performance and productivity of their work units.
Through participation in the GOALS program, City supervisors will be introduced to current trends in the field of performance management, learn about the proper application of city policies, become better acquainted to useful city resources and create a peer network that will foster collaborative working relationships in the City.
