    Construction of the new Green Valley Ranch Library
  • Colfax/Tremont/13th/Delaware Intersection
    Realign the three intersections of Tremont/13th Street, Colfax/Tremont, and Colfax/13th/Delaware in order to form one signalized intersection at Colfax/Tremont/Delaware/13th and one unsignalized intersection at Tremont/13th.
  • Park Avenue Triangle Irrigation Replacement
    Full renovation/automation of system is planned downstream of backflows on all 19 taps.

  • On-call Engineering Services - Material Testing
    Denver seeks to retain the services of three qualified Material Inspection and Testing Specialist to provide the following services including but not limited to: Soils, caissons, asphalt, concrete, masonry, steel, fireproofing, mechanical, electrical, etc. and clerical support services. Proposers must have experience with facility projects, transportation projects, and wastewater projects from $500,000.00 to over $90,000,000.00 and with experience in material testing and inspection services in support of a Leadership in Energy Efficient Design ("LEED") rating to act as a consultant for Public Works. The objective is to complete the Denver Better Denver Bond Program on time and under budget. All building components of the program will be LEED certified at a minimum.

  • Parkhill Storm, Phase IV / 51st & St. Paul Sanitary
    Large diameter open cut Storm and Sanitary Sewer project located at 48th Ave. and Colorado Blvd to Smith Road and Dahlia St to improve drainage and increase sanitary sewer capacity.
  • Hampden Heights, Phase II - Girard
    This project involves the construction of the upgraded storm sewer pipeline system in the southeast section of the Hampden Heights neighborhood. The purpose of this project is to provide a higher level of protection to the flood-prone areas by upgrading the existing drainage system. In particular, this project will significantly reduce flooding at the sump in E. Girard Ave. near the Havana Street intersection.
  • Iowa Avenue Extension Phase 1
    Constructs mainline storm sewer in Iowa Ave from Broadway to Logan St then South in Logan St to Asbury Ave.
  • Lakewood Gulch - Wolff St. Bridge
    This project involves the replacement of an existing culvert with a bridge and maintenance/pedestrian/bike path.  The project also includes the construction of a maintenance path from Wolff to Tennyson Street and the construction of channel improvements.  The purpose of the project is to remove properties from the floodplain, improve public safety, and provide a maintenance / pedestrian/bike path along the gulch.
  • Montclair Storm Drainage, Phase II
    The Montclair Storm Drainage project is the second phase of storm work in City Park a few years ago.  The next phase of work will focus on expanding the 14' X 7' box up Jackson Street to Colfax.  The purpose is to improve drainage upstream of City Park and continue to use Ferril Lake for storm detention during large storm events.  The project includes inlets, manholes, and relocating water and gas lines.
