Greetings, and welcome to the City Council District 7 web site. The district is in south-central Denver (see District Map on the left) and is residential with small and large commercial areas as well as the Platte River corridor. The Southeast and Southwest light rail lines run through it, prompting new transit-oriented development.  District 7 is home to approximately 50,000 people.
