Revocable Street Occupancy Request Form
Please use this form for Street Occupancy requests for arterial, collector and/or the Central Downtown Business District.
Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for processing.
All requests for Street Occupancy must include a Traffic Control Plan (TCP) and a completed Street Occupancy Request Form including complete meter numbers, if request is in a metered area.
Please note that the right of way includes sidewalks as well as streets and alleys.
