WHAT: National media teleconference to discuss:

·  How Denver and local providers have been working together for the past three years to address the needs of the area’s    
   homeless as part of the city’s Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness, known as Denver’s Road Home.
·  How Denver and providers are working together to keep the homeless safe and well cared for around the Democratic
   National Convention.
