Description:

Renovation of the historic Denver Dry Goods Building into a mixed-use project with 115,000 square feet of retail space, 28,700 feet of office space, 51 rental apartment units and 66 for-sale residential units

Total Cost:

$48.2 million

DURA Role:

Issued $8.6 million in bonds, netting $6.7 million in tax increment financing (TIF)

Status:

The first two phases opened in the fall of 1993 and the fall of 1994. Construction of the third phase, which includes for-sale residential lofts, is complete, and only one unit remains unsold.
