Denver Students Go Green to Earn Green
About a year ago Hank Lamport, a  Denver Public School teacher, contacted our office with an idea to promote reusable bags while raising money for schools. To help make this plan happen Councilman Linkhart formed a partnership between Greenprint Denver, members of the Better Bags ColoradoFront Range Earth Force, Denver Public School teachers and other groups to promote the use of reusable bags.

The project allows for Denver public schools to purchase reusable bags at wholesale price and then allow students to sell the bags to the community.  The money from the bags will help pay for after-school and special event programming.

Please support Denver students by buying a bag from your neighborhood school today.  To learn more about the program visit Front Range Earth Force at www.earthforce.org or call (303) 433-0016.
