Use the Colorado Secretary of State lookup feature to find out whether it was accepted and counted. Click on "Provisional Status" on the left, then type in your Provisional Ballot Reference Number, given to you when you voted. Denver Elections Division Location 3888 East Mexico Avenue (near Colorado Blvd. and I-25) Denver, Colorado 80210 Map and Directions   Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. except on holidays.   Quarterly Public Forum   Clerk and Recorder Stephanie O'Malley hosts a regular public forum that is televised on Denver's Channel 8, and these videos are also available on the Channel 8 website. In 2009, the forums will be held quarterly, on the 4th Tuesday of February, May, August and October, at 5:30 p.m. in the Parr-Widener Community Room at the City and County Building.
