How the Federal Economic Stimulus Will Help Denver
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (the federal economic stimulus bill) provides a great opportunity for Denver, which will receive some stimulus dollars for critical city projects and programs. Because funding will come from multiple places and on different schedules, Denver does not yet know how much funding will ultimately be available to us. Denver will report what funding we are receiving and how we’re spending it in online updates.
