Welcome to Council District 4
Councilwoman Peggy LehmannLocated in the southeast part of the city, District 4 is a diverse community including a variety of the residential areas, small businesses and the northern part of the DTC.  We have many beautiful parks, great Denver Public Schools, and, of course, wonderful people. I am enjoying the challenge and experience of serving as your Councilwoman.

My staff includes two well qualified aides, Diane Young and Lori Grohskopf. Diane is a 32 year resident of Southmoor Park and served as the Executive Director of the Colorado League of Women Voters for several years. Lori is an 11 year resident of District 4 and is involved in a variety of community activites.  Diane and Lori bring a wide range of knowledge and experience to their positions and are well prepared to address your concerns.

I communicate with my constituents by hosting town meetings, attending neighborhood meetings, sending out a monthly e-mail newsletter and an annual newsletter by mail. If you would like to be added to our mailing list please contact me with your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. If you have any questions or concerns about the district, please contact and we will do our best to respond to you promptly. As a courtesy to you, the city legal staff has advised city council members to alert people that letters and e-mails to elected officials are open records under the Colorado Open Records Act. Therefore, all correspondence must be made available to anyone making a request.

I look forward to meeting you in the near future.
