The Office of Employee Assistance provides brief counseling and referral services to all City employees, their dependents, limited positions, on-call positions, contractual employees as well as retirees in areas of:

Financial and legal matters
Relationship problems
Stress
Grief or loss
Management consultation
Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)
Workplace violence training and consultation
The mission of the Office of Employee Assistance is to address the needs of City employees, improve their productivity at work and improve their quality of life.
