Today, members of the Department of Finance and Denver Arts and Venues, who worked together on a project called P.S. You Are Here with representatives from the Mayor’s Office, the City Attorney’s Office, Community Planning and Development, Parks and Recreation, and Public Works, will jointly receive a 5281 Award. The 5281 Award recognizes individuals and teams that exemplify the STARS (Service, Teamwork, Accountability, Respect and Safety) values, support sustainability practices, and help to deliver a world class city to the people of Denver.

The Denver Department of Motor Vehicle has made paying for vehicle titling, registration, and registration renewals more affordable and easier for consumers by eliminating the 2.7 % service charge in credit card payments for drivers renewing their vehicle registration with the city.
