Public Hearing for Consideration and Amendment of the 2009 International Codes

On December 1, 2009, Development Services will begin the public consideration of the 2009 ICC Codes and proposed Amendments. A full description of the timeline, schedule of public hearings, proposed amendments, and instructions for submitting additional amendments are located here:

New State Conveyance Ordinance

Jurisdiction over the licensing of elevator contractors, the review of plans for new elevators, the issuing of permits for new elevators, and the issuing of certificates of operation for elevators has been assumed by the State of Colorado.
