Payroll Division will begin assigning case numbers to inquiries.

The Controller’s Office, Payroll Division will begin utilizing a new customer relationship management system to help manage the emails and calls that they receive. You will continue to contact the Payroll Division through PayrollDivision@denvergov.org or by phone at 720 913-5186. The only immediate change that you will notice is that you will begin to receive a case number as of August 27, 2015, for each question and/or issue submitted, much like the Technology Service help desk.
