Submit a new W-4 if you claimed "Exempt" in 2009, no later than February 15, 2010.
If you claim “exempt” from withholding, you must submit a new W-4 form each year, no later than February 15th, if you do not, your exemptions will automatically be set to “Single” and “0”.

2009 Prism Award

The Citywide Payroll and Administration division is now turning heads nationwide, as they are recognized in the November issue of PayTech magazine for receiving the American Payroll Association’s 2009 Prism Award for Overall Best Practices.
