 Notice: New Recording Fees
 
Effective April 1, 2009, recording fees are subject to the following schedule:
 
  • $6.00 for first page, $5.00 for each additional page --

    • PLUS $5.00 for each grantor in excess of one per document;
    • PLUS $5.00 for each grantee in excess of one per document.
