General Statement of Work
The City and County of Denver (CCD), Department of Public Works, with support from Community Planning and Development, seeks an innovative multi-disciplinary planning and engineering consultant team to create a thoughtful, implementable transportation study to improve multi-modal connectivity within northeast downtown and between adjacent neighborhoods. The purpose of the Northeast Downtown Next Steps study is to evaluate the feasibility of mobility recommendations from the Northeast Downtown Neighborhoods Plan in the context of the greater transportation system. The study should result in development of a list of targeted potential improvements with associated cost estimates and phasing that together enhance the cohesive, multi-modal transportation network already underway.
