Annual citizen survey indicates few great divides

The September 2013 article analyzes the results of the annual citizen survey.  While most results were definitive, two topics indicated that the opinions in District 2 were very closely divided.  By 53% to 47%, respondents narrowly say Denver should opt out of allowing recreational marijuana shops and forgoing the tax revenue these shops would generate.  And by 52% to 48%, they favor repealing tougher state limits on gun magazines.

The survey also discussed upcoming ballot proposals.  For more information regarding the pros and cons to these issues please see the Ballot Analysis.
