Doors Open Denver - A look Inside Denver Buildings

This is the weekend to satisfy your curiosity and actually go inside buildings you have seen but never had the opportunity to visit.   Sixty buildings will be open generally 10am to 4pm. Tours lead by architects and docents will add to the behind the scenes experience at some locations.  This is your opportunity to learn about and experience Denver’s diverse architecture and design.

The 2014 tour, Celebrating Neighborhood Architecture, features buildings and tours in 12 Denver neighborhoods.  During the event 62 buildings will be open to the public generally from 10am to 4pm with additional buildings open for tours.  Sites include federal, state and city structures, schools, re-purposed buildings, churches, libraries, and mansions in the neighborhoods of: Downtown, Capitol Hill, LoDo, Santa Fe, Park Hill, Five Points, Highlands, Hill Top, Uptown, Cherry Creek, The Mariposa District, Golden Triangle, Baker (South Broadway), RiNo, the Auraria Campus and a couple others. Visit the Open Door Denver website for additional information.
