The Denver County Jail system houses roughly 2000 inmates at any given time, providing meals for each of these inmates. A new Aquaponics program at the jail has transformed an old building into a new way to help provide some of that food. Chief Elias Diggins with the Denver Sheriff Department joins Denver DA Mitch Morrissey.
