Shelter office closes in observance of Cesar Chavez Day Please note that Denver Animal Shelter office will be closed: Monday, March 25th, in observance of Cesar Chavez Day. Officers will be available to respond to emergencies and enforce City regulations through the City's 311 call system. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to serving you when our offices reopen Tuesday, March 26, 2013.
