Westwood receives national attention

 Westwood is one of three neighborhoods around the state to be selected by the Colorado Health Foundation for their Healthy Places: Designing an Active Colorado Initiative. A visit in May from the internationally recognized Urban Land Institute was the first step of the potential $1 million funding to improve the built environment of the neighborhood. Through an intensive week of tours, interviews, and studying the panel gave their recommendations for improvements to the neighborhood. Follow the link below to read the article.
