Treecycle helps Denver avoid using landfill space and paying disposal fees  Place cleaned trees out for pick-up at start of either week. Denver Households to Stay Warm this Season Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)   The Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) helps qualifying low-income families pay their heating bills each winter.  Last year, 114,576 Coloradans received assistance from LEAP, including disabled and elderly individuals.   It's a "Play Fair" for the Playground Master Plan Denver Parks and Recreation Wants Your Input...
