Task Force Calls on Community for Review of Priorities

Mayor Hickenlooper and a large group of community volunteers have taken on the formidable task of identifying city infrastructure improvements as well as maintenance needs. Over the past 6 months seven programmatic subcommittees have examined and prioritized both long and short-term items. During the process community and neighborhood groups along with individual residents have given valuable feedback.

The challenge now is to refine the list of projects into a final draft of priorities. To do this the Task Force is once again seeking community input where feedback will be critical in shaping the final recommendations.  Five open houses will be held through the month of June. The meetings will be held at various locations around the city. Residents can also learn about the work to date and send in comments through the Task Force's website.

Plan to attend a session near you or follow the process by registering for updates at the website.
