Pay Your Annual Storm Drainage Bill Online Thursday, November 26, 2009 | 28.0° Fair

StormPay is new service offered through DenverGov

Denver’s Wastewater Management division has launched a new online service this year that makes it easy for you to pay your annual storm drainage bill. You can now pay your yearly bill online, using the StormPay program offered through DenverGov.

The service is easy, totally secure and protects user privacy. And, it is available in both English and Spanish. All you need is a copy of your bill and your credit card.

The step-by-step process is very easy to follow and you do not have to set up any special accounts. Just like using a card at a convenience store or grocery, when using a credit card at StormPay, the payment is applied immediately (in real-time) to the customer’s account, so the credit card information is never stored and it never enters the City network. This ensures safety and privacy of all account information. There are no passwords or usernames to keep track of since you use information already on the bill that has been mailed to you.

To get a quick look at exactly how the StormPay service works, start this 90 second StormPay video demonstration to see how easy it is.

You will see how StormPay can save you the time and cost of mailing your return, or the trouble of paying in person. Wastewater Management Information Services developed this new system in order to enhance customer service for Denver citizens. However, property owners may still pay their bill by mail or in person at the Wastewater Management Cashier’s office.
