Latest Convention News   Denver Announces Access and Mobility Plans for Final Convention Night at Invesco Field at Mile High   After extensive preparation and work with local, state and federal transportation and security officials, the City and County of Denver announced local mobility and access plans for the last day of the Democratic National Convention: Thursday, August 28, 2008.     City Maps Mobility for Downtown Access During Convention Plan maximizes downtown access to residents, employees and customers.
