The Administration Team of the Fire Department is committed to serving the employees and families of the Department and the citizens of Denver in the areas of Human Resources, Finance & Budget, Payroll, Staffing, Time & Leave Accounting, Employee Benefits, Supply & Equipment Warehousing and Delivery, Accounts Receivable & Payable, and Internal Investigations. We strive to make the best possible use of new technologies to streamline reporting practices and reduce the use of paper forms and documents. We also seek to incorporate ‘best practices’ whenever possible to enhance our ability to provide high quality customer service.
We provide service to all employees of the Fire Department in the areas of Peer Support & Employee Assistance, ADA, EEO, & FML management and contribute to the efforts of the Department and the Civil Service Commission to identify, select, and hire a workforce that meets the operational needs of the Department and that will benefit from enriched diversity. The team also responds to Denver citizen requests for information regarding Department demographics and day-to-day emergency and non-emergency activities.
