Commander Deborah K. Dilley  

Commander Deborah Dilley has been with the Denver Police Department for 25 years.  She holds a bachelor of arts from Colorado State University.  During her 25 years she has worked in many assignments including Patrol, IAB, Crimes Against Persons Bureau and the Office of the Division Chief of Technology and Support Services.  She has been the Commander in charge of the Bomb Squad and the Helicopter Unit for the Denver Police Department.  She has been the Commander of the District 6 station since September of 2003.  She may be reached at 720-913-2900 or via email at deborah.dilley@denvergov.org 

 

Lieutenant Catherine Davis is the Detail Two, lieutenant. She manages the day to day operation of Detail 2. Lt. Davis can be reached between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at 720-913-2800 or Cathy.Davis@denvergov.org.
 
 
 
 

Lieutenant Angelo Martinelli is the night shift commander for District 6 (4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.). He manages the day to day operation of Detail 3 as well as the night shift Downtown Mall Unit. Lt. Lieutenant James Henning is the station administrative lieutenant. He handles numerous staffing and administrative issues for the officers at the station. Previous assignments include: District 1, 2, 4, 5, Communications Bureau, and most recently the Denver Police Academy. Lt. Lt. Daren Ciempa is the Detail One Lieutenant (9:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.).  A Kansas native, he attended both Kansas State University and Washburn University and holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science.  Lt. Ciempa served eight years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. In 1985 he began his law enforcement career with the Topeka Police Department and completed a lateral transfer to the Denver Police Department in 1996.  He has served in the following assignments:  Patrol, Accident Investigations/DUI Enforcement, Intelligence, Tactical Operations, Street Crimes, Communications, and Field Training Officer.
