
Better communication between labor and management helps create a positive work environment for Public Works employees. With this goal in mind, Public Works has established Enhancement Teams which allow our employees to work more productively. We will continue this program, which results in Public Works employees working together for the good of the citizens of Denver.
Enhancement Teams provide an orderly method of discussing existing and future work place problems and issues. These Teams develop ideas and projects to improve communication, job environment, productivity, working conditions, and to evaluate current and new programs.
