Tips for Election Day Voting Record numbers of voters are expected to vote in the 2008 election, and the ballot is long this year.   Some tips for voters to facilitate your day: Walk or use mass transit to avoid possible parking problems. Vote during the nonpeak hours of 9-11 a.m. or 1-5 p.m. Make your ballot choices ahead of time, mark them on the “Voting Reminder Sheet” that was included in the Denver TABOR booklet that was mailed to you. Bring this sheet with you to refer to at your polling place.
