The Denver Outreach Collaborative Central Dispatch made up of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless and Denver’s Road Home is a terrific resource to assist homeless that you may see in the area. Calls concerning homeless individuals in need of assistance can be directed to the Denver Outreach Collaborative Central Dispatch at 303-285-5258 between the hours of 6:00 am and 10:00 pm. If you reach a voicemail please leave your name and a telephone number where you can be reached and you should be called back within an hour.
The Denver Police Department District 6 has also created a new and quite successful Homeless Outreach program. These officers are intended for repetitive homeless issues and can be reached at 720-490-0023. Should the situation warrant immediate police involvement, please either call the Police Non-emergency number at 720-913-2000 or 911.
