How You Can Help

The Giving Program at Denver Human Services

While there are government programs that provide food, energy assistance and basic necessities to needy children and families, there is not a funded program that provides school supplies and gifts for the holidays. That’s why Denver Human Services started a program for giving that benefits underprivileged youth and adults.

Denver foster and adoptive children, homeless youth, veterans, elderly and disabled adults, and youth visiting our center are helped throughout the year thanks to our Giving Program. With donations from our community, businesses and city employees, we are able to run these annual fundraisers.

To learn more about donating to Denver Department of Human Services Giving Program, please contact Patricia Garcia at 720-944-1170. All donations are tax-deductible.

We also accept monetary donations and seek volunteers.
