Directions:  The Excise and Licenses office is located on the 2nd floor  (Room 2.H.9) in the Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building which is located
on the corner of 14th and Bannock Streets.  The office is just north of the City and County Building and north of Civic Center Park at Colfax Avenue. Office hours are: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Required:  Any person who engages in the cleaning of cesspools, privies, privy vaults, septic tanks or grease traps must obtain a license.  Licensing is required.
