These recommendations run the gamut from updating the zoning code to amending the enterprise zone tax credit program to creating a cultural land trust. As with any effort of this scope, no single organization or institution has the capacity to fully execute each recommendation. Therefore, the Task Force has also identified potential partners and collaborators that might take the lead or help to implement a particular recommendation.
