The rules are effective state-wide starting May 31, 2005. These rule revisions are soon to be presented to the Denver Department of Environmental Health, Board of Health, for adoption and enforcement in the City and County of Denver. The revisons will be presented to the Board at the June meeting. At that time a public hearing date will be set for the future, most likely to be scheduled for July. Reservations are required to attend, as space is limited. You may contact Susan Baros at 720-865-5392 to register for the class of your choice. Space is limited to 50 persons per training.
