 Right of Way Improvements/Changes in Appearance of Private Property
In some instances, changes in the appearance of private property and/or changes or replacement of a driveway and/or sidewalk will require you to contact Public Works, Development Engineering Services in addition to other agencies. The Changes in Property Appearance document and Right of Way Improvements Brochure serve as general checklists and information for your review.   If you have any questions or need further guidance, please call the inspector listed for your area.


  • Change of Appearance of Private Property  Supplement to the Building Permit Application checklist, when changing the appearance of a property

  • Right of Way Improvements  Permits are required for any construction in the Right of Way, which includes, but is not limited to driveways, sidewalks, curb & gutters or excavations.
