 NOTE: It is the intention of Public Works that all sewer lines installed, replaced, cut-off, and/or rerouted must be inspected and water tested by the PWPO Inspector.

 Applicants should understand that the City is in no way obligated to grant these requests as it is in the best interest of current and future property owners that proper inspection(s) have been done.
