Parks Recreation Bike and Boat Rental Concession Services RFP opportunity
The Denver Department of Parks and Recreation is soliciting proposals to operate bike rental, boat rental, food, beverage and merchandise concessions at Washington Park, South Downing Street at East Louisiana Avenue; City Park, 2001 Steele St.; and Berkeley Park, 4601 W. 46th Avenue.
The same concessionaire will manage the concession operations at all three individual locations.
The Request for Proposals was issued on February 14, 2008. Copies of the RFP are available from the Denver Parks and Recreation Permits Department, 201 W. Colfax Ave., 2nd Floor next to Excise and License Department, weekdays 8:00am – 4:00pm. There will be a $25.00 non-refundable fee for each set of bid documents obtained. Proposers should attend the pre-proposal meeting which shall take place on February 28, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. local time in Conference Room 6.E.1 at the Department of Parks and Recreation Office on the sixth floor of the Wellington E. Webb Municipal Building at 201 W. Colfax, Denver, CO 80202. The Pre-Proposal Briefing is not mandatory, but proposers will be held responsible for all information presented at such meeting. A tour of the site will be made available upon request, provided the request is made prior to or during the February 28, 2008 Pre-Proposal Meeting.
Proposals must be received no later than 4:00pm on March 17, 2008.
